SMRT Delivery1.12.0 - App Store

SMRT Delivery is the next-generation delivery app for dry cleaners - completely redesigned and packed with powerful new features.

Built by SMRT Systems, the global leader in dry cleaning software, this app integrates seamlessly with your existing SMRT POS, delivering a faster, smarter mobile experience for drivers, managers, and store staff.

Whether you're running pickup & delivery routes, racking, messaging customers, clocking in and out, or reviewing reports - SMRT Delivery helps you keep your operation running smoothly, in real time, from anywhere.
Key Delivery Features:

Digital Delivery Manifest: Eliminate paper with a digital manifest that clearly organizes all stops for each route.

Load Van Screen: Scan and load orders using your phone’s camera. Orders are grouped by stop number with current location and packaging type. Drivers are alerted if they scan an order that isn’t on their manifest, helping prevent errors.

Running the Route: Drivers follow a predefined or optimized stop order with all the information they need. It’s so intuitive, anyone can sub in without training.

Built-in Navigation: Launch turn-by-turn directions using your preferred maps app.

Customer Messaging: Call, text, or email customers without leaving the app. Built-in templates ensure fast, professional communication.

Ensure Accurate Deliveries: Scan orders at delivery, take a photo for proof, and collect a signature if required - all within the app.

Capture Every Pickup: Drivers create orders during pickup and can print a receipt so you know who the order belongs to. This allows you to predict your incoming work load, increase customer satisfaction, and monitor your route efficiency.

Special Instructions: Permanent or one-time instructions are clearly displayed for each customer, so every delivery is handled correctly - no matter who’s driving.

Offline Capable: Fully functional even without an internet connection - syncs automatically when back online.
Additional Features:

Racking: Organize your storage conveyors, slick rails, and shelves by scanning completed bags or in processing items to storage location barcodes. You can also perform an inventory of a rack using this app.

Time Clock: Employees can clock in/out and view their timesheets.

KPI Dashboard & Reports: Access real-time reports and custom KPIs and dashboards from your SMRT POS system.

Support: Need help? Contact support right from within the app with a single tap.
